The Canon Customer Portal (in short "CCP") website provides a secure platform for Canon to distribute electronic documentation tailored to Customer needs.
We invite you Canon Customers of Semiconductor Equipment to click on the link to the right to register. As a registered customer, you will receive a user name and password that allows you to view the information provided on
Canon Customer Portal.

Due to the proprietary and confidential nature of the information provided on CCP, user names and passwords will only be issued to Canon Semiconductor Equipment owners in Europe that have purchased their equipment (FPA-3000 and newer
series) directly from Canon. Canon will review each applicant to verify that he or she is a current employee of a Canon customer company before approving access. If approved, you will receive two e-mail messages. One with your personal username
and one with your password. (Please do not share your username and password with others).

In case you have forgotten your password please click the link on the right. Your password will then be sent to the e-mail address you provided when you registered. If you forgot your user name or changed your e-mail
address, you will have to re-register. If you do not receive notification within one (1) working week, please send an email to CCP Support
Any personal information that you submit to Canon during registration will be used only to verify your customer status for the purpose of issuing a user name and password. No personal information will be provided to third-party companies.
